Wilbur-Ellis CEO John Thacher announced the company donated $100,000 to the American Red Cross to help support the immediate needs of those directly impacted by Hurricane Harvey in southeast Texas.

Thacher also announced Wilbur-Ellis will commit Impact Funds to the communities of Taft and El Campo. Employees and their families were encouraged to contribute to a separate donation site supporting Hurricane Harvey relief efforts through the American Red Cross.

During the storm, Wilbur-Ellis employees offered their boats, trucks, trailers and themselves to help those in need, and they will remain front and center in each community’s restoring and mending efforts.
