Flexible work

We know it’s not easy balancing work, family, and personal obligations. We offer a flexible work arrangement policy to help you find balance. All regular, full-time employees are eligible to apply for one of five flexible work arrangement options – remote, flexible start times, flexible stop times, hybrid, and job sharing. ​


We offer several different medical plans (including a tax-advantaged HSA plan) to fit your needs and keep you and your family covered.

You can also elect dental care (including orthodontia) and vision care plans for yourself and dependents.

Retirement savings

We’ll contribute up to 7% of the value of your pay toward your 401(k) plan. No matter what, you’ll receive a contribution worth 4% of your pay –  whether or not you set aside a dime. With an additional 50% match for the first 6% of your contributions on the table, we’ll help you truly maximize your savings.
