The Product Group Leader reports to the Marketing Director The individual will be responsible for providing leadership and management for the sale of the specific product groups. .Those areas will include all marketing initiatives and strategies for that product line including, but not restricted to, customers, products, geography or facility based marketing initiatives. The Product Group Manager will be evaluated on several key operating metrics including but not limited to Product Group Leader Individual Revenue and GM contribution, increasing overall product group Revenue and GM contribution, and key working capital metrics including inventory levels, and A/R.

The Technical Sales Specialist will provide the company with consistent profits by effectively generating sales through regular visits to customers including feed manufacturers, livestock integrators, consulting nutritionists, veterinarian, government agencies, and other industry partners with the goal of managing existing partnerships and developing new relationships.

The Wilbur-Ellis Company Feed Division is seeking a driven professional to create, develop, and execute feed ingredient marketing plans. The person in this key position will have the opportunity to work as part of our growing team of merchandisers, driving the procurement and sales of animal feed/ingredients by cultivating strong relationships with suppliers and customers. Wilbur-Ellis is seeking and Agriculture Field Scout to be responsible for pest trap placement and monitoring/recording pest activity of various crops and pests. The Field Scout works closely with the field sales and the operations support team. This is a seasonal position.

The Sales Lead is an Agricultural Field Sales Representative responsible for sales leadership above and beyond their sales representative duties. This role is carrying the responsibility of being the key point of contact at the location level and acting as the liaison between the Sales Manager and Sales Reps. The role continues managing existing accounts and attracting new customers within a defined sales territory. Assisting customers with the proper product selection and use of products based on specific agronomic needs. The Sales Lead will maintain and develop profitable customer relationships while becoming the market leader within the defined sales geography.

The Sales Manager provides leadership and direction to the field sales and management team within their defined geography. The Sales Manager offers guidance and support with product selection, pricing and forecasting as well as assisting in the overall alignment of the business with current and future agronomic trends and practices. The Sales Manager also helps with recruitment, training and performance management of the field sales force.

The Sales Trainee is a development role that focuses on obtaining the skills required to become a licenses Pest Control Consultant with the goal of building a successful sales territory. Through their interaction with the branch field sales and management, the Sales Trainee develops the necessary skills to become a successful Field Sales Representative.

The Transportation Specialist plays a key role in supporting the Marketing and Distribution business of the company. The scope is to effectively manage and provide cost effective multi-modal logistics solutions, exceptional internal and external service that supports the marketing efforts in their region. This person is also responsible for sourcing capacity and dispatching freight, optimizing supply chain solutions, and assisting in the timely and accurate input into the operating system to allow for efficient transaction execution and performance reporting.

The Production Manager will be responsible for day-to-day plant operations. As a key member of the Facilities Operations Group, this individual will be responsible for all staff operations to ensure the efficient and safe handling and receipt of all ingredients into the facility, the processing activities within the facility, and of the shipment of all finished product from the facility.

The maintenance technician will be responsible for the day-to-day repair and maintenance of facility equipment.They will also be expected to be an integral member of the safety program and workplace leader in the aspect of safety and operations.The maintenance technician will be responsible for preventative maintenance, ongoing machinery management, and some training on basic operational and maintenance functions to ensure efficient operations.

The FSQR specialist will ensure quality and safety of products through inspections, audits and investigations. Responsibilities include implementation and documentation of SQF system and FSMA Food Safety Plan.

The Business Services Specialist is a key member of the Transaction Team. The role is key to the sales and marketing support function, in that the individual is expected to provide superior service to our customers, our suppliers and identified members of the Nutrition Marketing team. That service level will provide a full level of support to the marketing team and ultimately our customers and suppliers.

The Administrative Assistant is a key member of the business operations team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and clerical support assistance in all standard aspects of office administration tasks for supporting the business operations team.

The Driver operates the Company truck for deliveries of goods and services to a diverse customer base, and performs general warehouse duties including, but not limited to: stocking and retrieving package and bulk containers, driving a forklift, and general housekeeping. The ideal candidate enjoys working with a diverse customer base in a fast-paced setting.

The Business Services Manager will manage sales support processes and personnel, including order management, inventory transactions and billing. This manager will have the opportunity to drive continuous improvement and interact with all areas of the business to ensure we provide excellent value to our suppliers and customers. The Business Services Managers will oversee the routine Business Services Specialist responsibilities in the US and Canada.
