January begins the introduction of our Practice, Knowledge Sharing.

This month’s contest involves a question about the Practice of Knowledge Sharing. You can address the question with a written response (photos are much appreciated) or a brief video. You can give a shout-out to a coworker or team that demonstrates this Practice, and you can submit responses as an individual, as a team, or as a location/office – all are welcome! 

Submissions are encouraged throughout the month – and we’ll feature a selection of employee submissions as the month continues.

A Little Incentive – The More Participation, The More Prizes!

At the end of January, everyone who submitted a response will have their name entered into a random drawing for a grand prize. The grand prize winner will be announced in early February. The winner will choose from 3 grand prize options (see below). We’ll also draw names for additional prizes. The more employees who participate, the more additional prizes we’ll draw!
