Jeff DeMars

Chief Financial Officer

Jeff Demars is Chief Financial Officer for Wilbur-Ellis, a role he assumed in July 2025.

Jeff has a deep understanding of the agriculture industry and a proven track record of helping organizations grow through data-driven insights, operational efficiencies, and strong business partnerships.

Jeff has a diverse background with experience in accounting, tax, treasury, and FP&A at companies including American Express, NII Holdings, Crowe Chizek and Company, and Walmart.  Most recently, Jeff held various senior roles, including leading the Treasury, Tax, Risk, and Financial Planning & Analysis teams at Nutrien Ltd. 

Jeff received a B.S. in Accounting from Purdue University in West Lafayette and his MBA from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.  In his free time, Jeff enjoys golfing, skiing, and spending time with his wife and two dogs.
