CONNELL BROTHERS ACQUIRES AUSTRALIAN ENZYME DISTRIBUTOR

Asia-Pacific leader in the marketing and distribution of specialty chemicals and ingredients expands technical capabilities in enzymes with new acquisition  

MELBOURNE – Jan. 16, 2014 – Connell Bros. Co. Australasia Pty Ltd., a subsidiary of Wilbur-Ellis Company, announced today that it has acquired the business of Enzyme Solutions Pty Ltd based in Melbourne, Australia.  The acquisition is a strategic fit to Connell Brothers’ current business in Australasia and the Asia-Pacific region, and will expand the company’s ingredient portfolio within a wide range of industries, including food, home care, animal feed, and industrial applications.
