Even if I’m not a team leader/supervisor or in any management role, I always love to give support to my team by sharing all knowledge (soft skills or technical skills) in order to get better and perform more efficiently. Even with day-to-day challenges, I continue to improve and get better in each area professionally and personally speaking.
