Business Resource Groups
Sometimes our greatest resource is each other. Whether you identify with a group or relate as an ally, you can find and create community, camaraderie and support in one of our employee-led Business Resource Groups (BRGs). We currently have four BRGs at Wilbur-Ellis, providing opportunities for employee development, education, training and networking.
LatinX
LatinX celebrates the heritage of Hispanic and Latino/Latina employees by building connections through networking, cultural events and educational opportunities. The goal is to unite this community and promote advancement, cultural awareness, recruitment, retention, and career advancement opportunities.
Veterans
This BRG raises awareness of veterans’ issues and is committed to helping to recruit those in the process of transitioning out of the military. They also provide mentoring and support to veteran employees through learning and development opportunities, as well as resources and support for them to thrive in their careers.
Nexus (Early Career Employees)
Nexus is our early career BRG. This group provides resources for employees to grow and thrive within the company – and industry – including opportunities for career development, training, career pathing and mentorship from managers and leaders. This group ensures Wilbur-Ellis’ future leaders have the support and guidance needed to thrive.
Women of Wilbur-Ellis
Women of Wilbur-Ellis (WoW) is our first Business Resource Group, founded over 10 years ago. WoW helps facilitate Wilbur-Ellis’ continuous commitment to ensuring women have an equal voice in decision-making by providing positive avenues of communication and collaboration for women year-round. WoW members ensure the organization is well-positioned both to help prepare women for leadership roles and to listen to women’s needs across the broader organization.
