David P. GranoffVice President, Secretary and General Counsel
David P. Granoff is vice president, secretary and general counsel for Wilbur-Ellis. He is responsible for managing the Company’s legal obligations and resources, including mergers and acquisitions, litigation, contract negotiation and compliance.
Granoff joined Wilbur-Ellis in 2004 as corporate counsel and was appointed vice president, secretary and general counsel in 2006. He is based out of Wilbur-Ellis’ San Francisco headquarters.
Prior to joining Wilbur-Ellis, he worked for the law firm of Orrick, Herrington and Sutcliffe in San Francisco from 1982 to 1994, and for his own law firm, Granoff & Fidell in Walnut Creek, California, from 1994 to 1997. At that time, he joined Xilinx, Inc. in San Jose, where he worked until he came to Wilbur-Ellis.
Granoff graduated from Harvard University with a Bachelor of Arts degree psychology in 1977 and received a Juris Doctor degree from Columbia University Law School in New York City in 1981.
He currently lives in Moraga, California, with his wife, Lauri. They have three sons, Matthew, Andrew, and Daniel.
